چکیده
There are about 484 species of Hypericum in the Guttiferae family, which includes Hypericoideae. In Iran, this genus mainly found north, northwest, and center country, they key contributors to floral elements Hyrcanian mountains, Irano-Turanian, Mediterranean regions (such as Zagros). Medicinal, commercial, horticultural values associated with these plants. The genetic diversity was assessed through Sequence-related amplified polymorphism. To uncover characteristics species, were studied a combination morphological molecular data. Eighty-five individuals related 7 collected 6 provinces. A total 76 (Number loci) (NTL) DNA bands produced polymerase chain reaction amplifications (PCR) amplification seven species. These combinations 5 selective primers. The number fragments ranged from 10 20. According SRAP (Sequence-related polymorphism) markers analysis, H. perforatum asperulum had lowest similarity. This study also detected significant signature isolation by distance (Mantel test results). Present results showed that sequence-related polymorphism have potential identify decipher affinity Current implications biodiversity conservation programs. Besides this, present could pave way for selecting suitable ecotypes forage pasture purposes Iran. Genus (Guttiferae, Hypericoideae) is perennial, belonging Hypericaceae having forms trees, shrubs, herbs, distributed 36 taxonomic sections.

Analysis of genetic diversity of Tunisian pistachio (Pistacia vera L.) using sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers.
Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers preferentially amplify open reading frames and were used to study the genetic diversity of Tunisian pistachio. In the present study, 43 Pistacia vera accessions were screened using seven SRAP primer pairs. A total of 78 markers was revealed (95.12%) with an average polymorphic information content of 0.850. The results suggest that there is ...
